Puur Zijn
Wanneer we ontspannen en loslaten, raken we geaard. Ons altijd-op-weg-zijn stop. We landen in het ‘hier en nu’. We worden gevoelig, kunnen ons masker afzetten en ‘puur Zijn’.
Digna volgt sinds 4 jaar de School voor Zijnsoriëntatie in Utrecht. Zij doet daar momenteel de opleiding tot Leraar Zijnsoriëntatie. De inspiratie die zij hier ontvangt neemt zij mee in haar manier van Biodanza geven. ‘Zijn’ laat haar elke keer landen in hier en nu. Hier en nu is de meest vreugdevolle plek die er is. Dat ervaart elke danser wanneer hij of zij in vivencia gaat. We stoppen onze overlevingsdrive, we stoppen ons onderweg zijn, in het besef dat alles waar we naar verlangen al gegeven is. We hoeven nergens meer heen, we kunnen ontspannen in precies zoals het al is!
Daartoe zal Digna je tijdens dit weekend keer op keer toe uitnodigen; ontspan, laat los, ontwaak precies hier. Puur aanwezig zijn. Soms is het ‘nu’ stil, warm en teder. Een ander moment is het levendig, uitbundig en stralend. Door precies aanwezig te blijven bij hoe het zich wil tonen, ervaren we de rijkdom van het leven.Tijdens dit weekend dansen we uitbundig en vrij op de ritmes van het leven en we laten ons meenemen op harmonische melodieën. We ontspannen in ons bekken. Zo raken we diep geworteld en ervaren we de al gegeven verbinding met de aarde. We openen ons voor de hemel, de plek waar we in verbinding staan met de Spirits die ons inspireren en begeleiden. En we openen ons hart, opdat compassie en waarachtigheid uitbundig kunnen stromen.
Deelnamekosten
Dit verdiepingsweekeind is voor mensen met ruime Biodanza-ervaring (minimaal 2 jaar) en wordt gegeven in het Nederlands of Engels. Het programma is van vrijdagavond 18.00 uur tot zondag 17.00 uur.

These two archetypes has a quite different dimension of operation:
•the Mystic, being the master of the hidden potential, the inner space, the roots and the unknown. To make it simple one can say that the Mystic has its home in a yin- or a feminine energy.
•the Magician on the other hand, is creating, expressing, transforming, reviling, manifesting. As a summery one can say that, the domain of the Magician is a Yang-, or a masculine energy.However, the true Magician is deeply rooted with the mystery. He is the one bringing the hidden potential protected by the Mystic to life. The Magician and the Mystic are dancing hand in hand, and from time to time, the two of them become one giving us the capacity to see what is behind, and to create, not only for ourselves but also to the better of a larger unit.
Let us bring our hidden potential to life!
Participation costs
These advanced weekends are for people with a wide Biodanza experience (minimum 2 years) and are given in Dutch or English. The program is from Friday evening from 6 pm to Sunday 5 pm.
5 weekends for € 975, -. That is € 195 per weekend all-in (for eating, sleeping and for a fantastic deepening Biodanza workshop). This amount can be paid in 3 terms.
For this single weekend it is € 245, -.
